    Our weekly newsletter covers events coming up in the coming week. This edition is an attempt to satisfy some of our forward looking readers.

    Many of the clubs and organizations that we belong to shut down their social programs because they do not want to compete with family events and so that their members can spend time with their families. But we feel that there is a need for some activities to continue and this issue will try to provide some information for planning.

    To Keep informed of all events consult the Whats Happening This Week . It is updated regularly.

    Clubs wishing to have their events included on the Whats Happening This Week are urged to use the update facility or contact us.

    Gayle Shields is opening her house once again for the Annual Rudolph Red Party on the Friday after Thanksgiving. All are encouraged to wear red to usher in the holiday season..

    The party starts at 6:30 pm. Her house is at 2129 Tall Oaks Blvd in Troy call 248-641-0287 for directions

    Justine Brace will be at the keyboard to lead the group in Christmas songs.

    An elegant Christmas Party and Benefit For a minimum donation of $20, help a needy family for Christmas will be held at the residence of Jay Glover, in Rochester Hills, MI

    Bring your own beverage and wear your favorite Christmas outfit, black tie, or suit.

    Somerset Singles Ski and Golf will be holding their Christmas Party and Show on Friday December 17, 2004 at the American  Polish- Century

    Gayle Shields will be throwing A New Years Party at her house at 2129 Tall Oaks in Troy 248-641-0287 . It Will start at 7:00 pm. The dress will be casual. The cost will be $10.00 Which will include a pastry table.

    Attendees will bring a dish to pass and their own drinks. (No desserts- desserts will be provided) No reservations are required
