"
Great peace have those
who love Your law; and
nothing causes them to stumble." Health Benefits of Premium Loose TeaBy: Phuong Le , Co-Founder and CEO of ONO Tea ( Michigan based Organic tea company). Tea
In America, just about 90 percent of folks brew their tea by tea bag and remain unaware of the true way tea is meant to be enjoyed. Even drinking white and green teas that are in iced tea form in bottles sold in stores does not provide the same taste and benefits. The reason is because tea bags consist of fannings (or tea dust) which happens to be the lowest grading of tea. All the natural oils and nutrients that give us that great flavor and health benefits are in little abundance in these dried up tea particles. Even with a larger tea bag, the tea doesn't have enough room to move around to release its full flavor. And as for the chilled teas in bottles, well, they are loaded with sugar so noticing the true taste of the tea is hard. Ballpark Yellow
In the August 14-20, 2008 Edition of the Detroit Jewish News there was a article by Alan Hitsky the Associate Editor. The article's head line was "The Singing Hotdog Man takes his noteriety to the grocers' shelves" . The article told the story of Charley's development of his new mustard where he found a 70 year old mustard firm to produce the product, found an artist who designed his label and he is now busy doing his own distributing. He sold over 1,200 bottles in one month. Among charley's stores are Westborn Market, Hillers, Papa Joes and of course The Claymore Shop where Charley has worked for the past 10 years. Other stores are listed here . Got Mustard ??? Campaign

The link below will take you to a web site that shows all of the 466 volunteers. (At publication time, we still have photos that have not been processed) In the next issue we will feature one of the other volunteers, selected at random.. If you would like to join the fun, send your electronic photo to webmaster@peggyjostudio.com (.jpg is preferred. ) We will supply the digital mustard. [Editors note: We are also working on a method where people can find their picture on the slide show without going through all of the photos and we will give you the instructions when we figure out what they are]

He is considered by many to be the foremost Jewish religious songwriter in the second half of the 20th century. In a career that spanned over 30 years, he recorded more than 25 albums that continue to have wide popularity and appeal. His influence continues to this day, in part through his daughter, Neshama. Neshama continues her father’s legacy with a deep spirituality and charisma that draws audiences wherever she performs. She sings not only her father’s music, but her own original songs as well.
