Peggy Jo
From our readers:To you and yours Paul Miles Dear Peggy Jo and your readers, By now, you know about our upcoming, second annual “Celebration of Life” party to support the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and I’d really like for you to come and have some FUN with us, while you help support this great cause with an early (the Saturday before) St. Patrick’s Day dance / party. Who among us doesn't know someone - or hasn't themselves - been touched in some way by cancer? Often a silent killer, growing unknown until it may be too late, none of us are immune and any of us could be it's next victim. I'm hoping that you'll join me in the fight to find a cure. And what a great way to help: by having a huge PARTY to celebrate the victories already won in the battle! We had a gas last year – great food, awesome music, and over 350 fun people – but there's still so much more to do, and your help is needed. So, even if you have plans that night, won't you please buy a ticket to the party as a tax-deductible donation? If you can't use the ticket, give it to a friend who can - maybe someone else who has a loved one stricken by this killer. Purchase your tickets by bringing your check (payable to the American Cancer Society) to any of these locations:
Or you can mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your check to: Joe Knopp
