This Newsletter comes out each Monday and is devoted , for the most part, to covering events in the coming week. However, some people want to know what is going on in the future.
By going to the What's Happening This week page ,which can be found in the quicklinks section of this newsletter, one can see the two buttons pictured above. Clicking one's mouse on the one entitled Future Events will produce a calendar for the current month. Each day contains the name of an organization conducting an evnt on that day.
By clicking on a day, one can see the events for that day. When finished one can use the back button to get back to the monthly callendar. In the lower left hand corner of the monthly calendar are two boxes where one can select another month and even another year.
Knowing what is already planned can help organizations with their future schedules and can avoid conflicts.
The other button ,entitled Add/Change, can be used to communicate with the webmaster of Gray and White Computing. It presents a form that can be used to describe a one time event or a recurring event or to correct an event.
The more organizations that participate by entering events, the more usefull the page will become.
